金屬軟管是工程技術(shù)中重要的連接構件。它是由波紋柔性管、網(wǎng)套和接頭結合而成，起到管道工程系統中補償位移和安裝偏差、吸收振動(dòng)、降低噪聲等作用。金屬軟管使用的波紋管有兩種：一種是螺旋形波紋管，另一種是環(huán)形波紋管。軟管接頭有：螺母型、管螺紋型、法蘭型、焊接型、快速接頭型、活接型等多種型式。

Metal hose is an important connecting component in engineering technology. It is composed of corrugated flexible pipe, net sleeve and joint. It can compensate displacement and installation deviation, absorb vibration and reduce noise in pipeline engineering system. There are two kinds of bellows used in metal hoses: spiral bellows and annular bellows. Hose joints are nut type, pipe thread type, flange type, welding type, fast joint type, flexible joint type and other types.

主要用途（Main uses）：

a：輸送具有腐蝕性的化工介質(zhì)或有機溶劑。（例如：裝卸氨水、丙酮等）

Transport corrosive chemical media or organic solvents. (e.g. loading and unloading ammonia, acetone, etc.)

b：輸送高溫氣體、熱油等高溫介質(zhì)。（例如：蒸汽、導熱油）

Transport high temperature gas, hot oil and other high temperature media. (e.g. steam, heat conducting oil)

c：輸送低溫或超低溫介質(zhì)。（例如：液氮、液氧、液氫）

Transport of cryogenic or ultra-cryogenic media. (e.g. liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen)

d：高溫環(huán)境下輸送水、氣、油等介質(zhì)。（例如：煉焦、煉鋼連鑄、煉鋼轉爐、煉鋼VOD電爐、軋鋼加熱爐、軋機油膜軸承潤滑等設備中的冷卻系統和液壓系統）
